This package includes:

• (2) Prenatal Visits discussing birth education, preparation, decision-making, and comfort measures during labor. I want to get to know you and build a trusting relationship with you and your family.

• Labor Support - During labor, I will support you throughout your entire labor or until at least an hour after birth.

• 1 Postpartum Follow-up Visit to support physical recovery, emotional support, reflection on the birth experience, and breastfeeding support. I will help ensure you are nurtured and well-supported as you transition into being a mama.

I am available and on call for you two weeks before your due date and two weeks after your due date or until the time of your birth.
